Weight Loss After Pregnancy
Hi! I am a Blessed Mommy to eight children, and yes, they are all mine (& my husband's)!!! So if you haven't guessed, I have weight to lose from my last pregnancy. I am not able to diet due to the fact that I am nursing. However, I am trying my best to eat well... lots of fruits & veggies... I haven't updated this blog since 2008, so I am getting ready to get started again here in 2009.
Food Diary
Breakfast- Coffee with creamer (180)
- Oatmeal (210)
- ~with cinnamon, coconut oil (125), sugar (30), flax seeds (?), oat bran (?)
- Breakfast total: approx. 600
Lunch- Enchilada Chicken Salad
- ~cheese, 2 T (60)
- ~chicken, 4 oz. (195)
- ~sour cream, 1 T (30)
- ~Salsa & enchilada sauce (30)
- Lunch Total: 315 (915)
Dinner
- Chicken (200)
- Pizza (300)
- Salad with dressing (35)
- 1/3 Kashi Go Lean Bar (57)
- Peach/Mango Tea (80)
- Dinner Total: 592 (1587)
