Weight Loss After Pregnancy

Hi! I am a Blessed Mommy to eight children, and yes, they are all mine (& my husband's)!!! So if you haven't guessed, I have weight to lose from my last pregnancy. I am not able to diet due to the fact that I am nursing. However, I am trying my best to eat well... lots of fruits & veggies... I haven't updated this blog since 2008, so I am getting ready to get started again here in 2009.

Food Diary

Breakfast



  • Balance Bare Bar (210)
  • Coffee with lots of creamer (140)
  • Breakfast Total: 350

Lunch



  • Salad with tomatoes & cucumbers (free)
  • Turkey Ham, 3 oz. (225)
  • Salad Dressing, 2 T (35)
  • All Bran Cereal, 1/3 cup(80)
  • Skim milk, 1/2 cup (45)
  • Lunch Total: 385

Dinner

  • Hot Dog (280)
  • Chili, 1 cup (340)
  • Skim Milk, 2 cups (180)
  • tomato (free)
  • Apple, 1/2 (65)
  • Dinner Total: 865

Total, so far: 1600 calories. I still get a snack later. I probably will have a glass of milk and a granola bar.

Snack

  • Skim Milk, 1 1/2 cups (150)
  • Granola Bar (100)

Grand Total: 1850
