Weight Loss After Pregnancy

Hi! I am a Blessed Mommy to eight children, and yes, they are all mine (& my husband's)!!! So if you haven't guessed, I have weight to lose from my last pregnancy. I am not able to diet due to the fact that I am nursing. However, I am trying my best to eat well... lots of fruits & veggies... I haven't updated this blog since 2008, so I am getting ready to get started again here in 2009.

Food Diary

Breakfast

  • Coffee, 2 cups (120)
  • 2 Fried Eggs, (200)
  • Dry Toast, (60)
  • Breakfast Total: 380

Lunch

  • Salad (free)
  • Turkey Ham (225)
  • Carrots (20)
  • Cucumbers (free)
  • Light Italian Salad Dressing, 1 T (20)
  • Skim Milk*, 1 cup (80)
  • Fudge Round (150)
  • Lunch Total: 495 (875)

*Skim milk is a different brand this time so it is only 80 calories a cup.

Dinner

  • Hot & Sour soup, 1/2 cup (40)
  • Egg Drop soup, 1/2 cup (47)
  • Crab Rangoon, 3 (200)
  • Fried Rice, 1/2 cup (150)
  • Sesame Chicken with Broccoli (250)
  • Sesame Balls (132)
  • Dinner Total: 822 calories (1697)

I am just guessing at some of the calorie amounts for dinner, so I opted to not have a snack afterwards. I also was not hungry, a good indication that I may have miscalculated and overate!
